Google Play User Data Deletion Guarantee

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety guidelines, users of Cubnotes and Fledge have the unconditional right to permanently delete their account and all associated cloud and local records. You can do this immediately inside each app or by submitting a manual request through this public portal.

If you still have Cubnotes or Fledge installed on your device, you can trigger instant and automated hard-deletion directly from the application interface.

Manual Email Request

If you uninstalled the application, lost your device, or cannot access your credentials, send an email to our engineering desk. We will manually purge your records.

Method 1: Step-by-Step In-App Deletion Instructions

Follow these simple steps inside either Cubnotes or Fledge:

Open Application & Navigate to Settings

Launch Cubnotes or Fledge on your Android or Web device. Tap the gear or profile icon in the primary navigation bar to access Settings.

Select “Account & Data Security”

Under the Account section, tap on Account Management or Data Safety.

Tap “Delete Account & All Data”

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the red button labeled Delete Account & All Cloud Data.

Confirm Irreversible Purge

Review the confirmation dialog. Once you confirm, the app issues an authenticated cryptographic cascade delete: your Supabase auth record, user rows, canvas boards, notes, and profile settings are permanently purged from active databases immediately.

Scope of Data Purged & Retention Policy

Data Permanently Purged

Authentication Identity: Email address, Supabase Auth UUID, and session tokens.
User Content: All notes, infinite-canvas boards, tasks, logs, habit entries, and uploaded assets.
Cloud Database Records: All relational foreign keys cascade deleted from PostgreSQL.
Local Device Cache: App initiates local database flush on next launch or prior to sign-out.

Data Retained (Minimal Legal/Security Logs)

Ephemeral Server Logs: Standard web server access logs (IP, timestamp) rotated and purged automatically within 30 days.
Financial Transaction Proof: Google Play Order IDs (retained by Google LLC pursuant to tax regulations; Wolf Cub Ventures does not store credit card numbers).
Deletion Audit Ticket: A record confirming your deletion was fulfilled to document compliance with state and international privacy laws.

Processing SLA Commitment

In-app deletions execute instantly. For manual email requests, Wolf Cub Ventures, LLC commits to completing full database hard-deletion within Within 7 business days. A formal confirmation email will be delivered to the requesting address once the purge is finalized.
